Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes RAY-LEVOL is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
