At RAY-LEVOL, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel your order, contact us at raylevostore@gmail.com  with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns section below.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email raylevostore@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges for size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at raylevostore@gmail.com  with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
